Cookies and local storage
Ormaven uses a privacy-first default: non-essential tracking stays off until it is intentionally introduced and, where required, the visitor has made a valid choice.
Current state
At first public launch, Ormaven plans to use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, localStorage or similar browser storage. Google AdSense and other non-essential advertising or tracking technologies remain disabled.
Strictly necessary technology
Technical storage may be used where it is genuinely necessary to provide a requested function or protect the service. Such use will be documented here with its purpose and duration.
Analytics and advertising
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for privacy-first aggregate traffic and performance measurement without cookies or browser storage. Any future analytics or advertising technology that requires consent will remain disabled until the applicable consent mechanism is in place. When Google AdSense is activated for EEA, UK or Swiss visitors, Ormaven will use a Google-certified consent management platform compatible with the required consent framework.
Choice and withdrawal
Where consent is required, accepting and rejecting will be presented as genuine choices, non-essential technology will stay off before a choice is made, and consent will be easy to change or withdraw.
