Quality Policy
Ormaven exists to deliver useful outcomes that customers can understand, trust and use. Quality is measured first by fitness for purpose and customer experience — not by paperwork.
Customer satisfaction
Every page, tool, communication and delivered solution should help the customer feel informed, respected and confident about what happens next. We seek feedback, treat complaints as learning inputs and improve recurring weak points.
Fit for purpose
We define the intended outcome, make assumptions visible, test important behaviour and distinguish demonstrations from production-ready solutions. Reliability, maintainability and clear handover matter more than clever complexity.
Clarity and evidence
Recommendations should explain their reasoning, uncertainty and limits. We do not manufacture certainty, hide material gaps or present estimates as guarantees.
Privacy, security and accessibility
Privacy, security, accessibility and ownership are treated as design inputs. We collect no more information than needed and add complexity only where it creates justified value.
Continuous improvement
Ormaven will maintain simple quality objectives, review defects and feedback, record corrective actions when useful, and improve the system as the business grows.
QMS direction
The quality system may progressively map relevant practices to ISO 9001 principles. This is a direction for disciplined improvement, not a claim of ISO 9001 certification or formal conformity.
