How we work

A clear path from problem to working result.

You should know what is happening, why it matters, what comes next and what you are paying for. Ormaven separates understanding the problem from selling the implementation.

No surprises.

During the work you should always know where we are, what has been learned, what happens next, what it costs, and what could change the price or timing.

Initial conversation

Tell us what is not working, what outcome you want and what constraints matter. We assess whether Ormaven can reasonably help.

Outcome: whether a deeper investigation makes sense, plus a proposed discovery scope and price.
02Paid discovery

Problem exploration

We examine the current situation, causes, dependencies, evidence and constraints. For QMS work this can include audit findings, documentation and readiness gaps.

Outcome: a structured understanding of the problem and credible solution directions.
03Review meeting

Solution options

We present practical alternatives rather than pretending there is always one right answer. Options can differ in speed, cost, robustness and long-term impact.

Outcome: trade-offs, risks and indicative cost or effort for the relevant options.
04Decision

Scope & proposal

You decide whether to continue. If yes, we define the selected scope, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones and commercial terms.

Outcome: an agreed implementation proposal before substantial build work starts.
05Delivery

Build or implement

We create the agreed solution — for example a workflow, automation, tool, QMS improvement or corrective-action package — while keeping progress visible.

Outcome: a usable implementation, not just advice.
06Verification

Verify & hand over

We check whether the result works for its intended purpose, document known limitations and hand over the information needed to operate or maintain it.

Outcome: verified delivery, handover and clearly identified remaining risks or gaps.
07Optional

Improve & support

Further support is optional. Evidence, feedback and real use can drive the next improvement without creating permanent dependence on Ormaven.

Outcome: a deliberate next improvement only when it earns its place.
Pricing principle

The discovery fee is not a sales fee.

If a problem requires real analysis, that work is scoped and priced in advance. You are paying for useful investigation and decision support, not for a presentation designed only to sell a larger project.
