Ormaven

Responsible Business & Code of Conduct

Ormaven aims to grow without separating commercial success from responsibility. These principles guide how we build products, choose partners and treat customers, people and the environment.

Human rights and fair work

Ormaven rejects child labour, forced or compulsory labour, exploitation, harassment and unlawful discrimination. We support fair treatment, safe working conditions, dignity and lawful freedom of association, and expect business partners to respect applicable labour and human-rights standards.

Integrity and anti-corruption

We do not offer, request or accept bribes or improper advantages. Conflicts of interest should be identified and handled transparently. Marketing, pricing and claims should be truthful and capable of reasonable support.

Environmental responsibility

We aim to reduce unnecessary resource use, prefer efficient digital architectures, avoid wasteful infrastructure and consider lifecycle impact when selecting hosting, suppliers and product designs. Environmental claims should be specific and evidence-based rather than promotional greenwashing.

Privacy, security and responsible AI

Personal data should be minimised and protected. AI is used to augment human capability, not to remove accountability. Material limitations, uncertainty and human oversight should be visible where they affect users.

Accessibility and inclusion

Products and information should be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We will improve keyboard use, readability, responsive design and accessibility as part of normal product quality.

Partners and suppliers

As Ormaven grows, supplier and partner checks will be proportionate to the relationship and risk, with attention to lawful conduct, labour standards, privacy/security, environmental impact and business integrity.

Raising concerns
