These terms govern use of the public ormaven.com website. They are launch-stage website terms, not the commercial terms for a future paid product or client engagement.

Ormaven aims to keep information accurate and useful, but website content may change and may contain errors or incomplete material. Content is provided for general information unless a page or written agreement expressly states otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed.

Ormaven may link to or rely on third-party services. Their availability, content and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.
Future products and services
Paid products, subscriptions, marketplaces, downloads or client services may have separate terms, pricing, refund rules, licences or contracts. Those specific terms will take precedence for that transaction or service.

Ormaven does not seek to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The website is operated from the Czech Republic and these terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Czech law, subject to mandatory rules that may apply to a user.
