A tour platform lists many operators. The actual experience, pickup rules and cancellation window often matter more than the marketplace name.

Read the activity-specific cancellation policy
General terms are only a default. Individual suppliers and vouchers can have different deadlines and exclusions.
Convert the cancellation cutoff into your time zone
A 24-hour cutoff is not the same thing as “cancel tomorrow”. Note the local start time and the exact date.
Keep offline proof
Save the voucher, operator contact, ticket inclusions and the cancellation terms you agreed to.
