Quality & QMS · Audit support

Turn audit pressure into structured improvement.

Support before and after management-system audits: readiness, evidence, finding triage, root-cause analysis, corrective action and effectiveness follow-up.

Before an audit

Clarify scope, review evidence, identify weak interfaces and prepare owners to explain how the system actually works. The goal is readiness, not rehearsed answers.

After a finding

Separate correction from root cause, understand why the issue could occur, define proportionate actions and collect evidence that the action is implemented.

Effectiveness matters

Closing an action is not the same as solving the problem. Follow-up should ask whether recurrence risk was genuinely reduced and whether the change works in practice.

Working sequence

Clear steps. Visible evidence.

  1. 01Clarify the finding or audit risk
  2. 02Stabilize the immediate issue
  3. 03Analyze causes and system conditions
  4. 04Define and implement action
  5. 05Verify effectiveness and preserve evidence
